Refund policy

We hope you love your order from FUNPAIJIA. If you need to request a return or refund, please read the terms below carefully.

You may initiate a return request within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact, and kept in resalable condition. Used, stained or damaged goods due to personal use cannot be accepted for return.

👉 For non-defective items (change of mind, size/style preference):

Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

👉 For defective, damaged or wrong items received:

Please send clear photos to service@funpaijia.com within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange solutions including replacement or partial refund.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow extra time for banks to complete the transfer.
